Suggest Medication For Patella Fracture Causing Numbness

Yes, I have a chronic right patella fracture, Someone failed to yield the row as a was going through a green light at 45miles an hour. I never had time to even brake. I felt my right knee cap patella move out of place immediately, I knew it was fractured. my truck was totaled, my knee was stuck in a flexion position. I sat in the er where I work on a stretcher two hours before i went into shock, my knee was becoming severely painful pressure was unexplainable. until shock hit me, the team that is not a trauma hospital looked at me. DId a two view. which showed a transverse comminuted patella fx, with multple fragments. following day an orif of my patella fx was done. It was deformed severely and still has an abnormal deformed look to it. It never healed non union fx 4mm across. I work 12-13 hour shifts on my feet. my work gave me a hard time coming back. I had to be and do everything i did the same before the accident. an MRI a year later showed patella fracure with 4mm non union multple fragments and edema of the fat pat? since this event my life has been humbled, i have to work part time. I got written up for days off after returning to work even though my physcian wrote fmla papers. I don't understand why my fracture never healed. I have a pin sticking up out of my skin over my patella is numb, pressure always present. and still have severe weakness. should I seek out surgery or disability I own a house, but the surgeons say I need a bone graft and frankly they feel It could end up being worse than it is now. any advice on relief and resources to help me keep my job
