Suggest Medication For Penile Infection Post Circumcision

Hi Dr, I had done circumcision 2 weeks ago and I see that there was skin separation from the stitches. Was washing with salt water solution daily as advised but still I saw some yellow or the so called Slough coming from the wound even after bathn.Got some antibiotics Fluepen 250 and was wondering to get the wound to heal can I useBarrs Pvp Ointment/salf oon the open wound after washing?
