Hello
I have gone through your question and understand your concern. In my view your daughter needs to be examined by a pediatrician immediately and get her blood work up done like CBP, blood culture and chest x-ray to find out the cause of fever. Most infections require specific antibiotic usually determined by culture reports and empirical use of Augmentin may not effectively treat the patient in every case. Apart from that, until you consult a doctor Paracetamol should be continued and tepid water sponging should be done when the fever is high as young children may get seizures due to high temperature.
