Suggest Medication For Persistent Pimples And Acne On Face

Hello. I am a woman of 28 year old. recently suffering from severe pimple /acne. Have tried several medicines, And at last on Medication as I recently went to a Gynaecologist(as my friends suggested me to do so). And the Doc prescribe me of contraceptive pills Yamini for 1 course i.e. A course contains 21 tablets. And told me to visit in after that. Today is the last day of my tablets. But sadly I see no result. HELP!! And for your information I have been using cooper T FOR 6 months now.
