Hello..
You said you suffer from
acne vulgaris. Remember, acne has various presentations like comedones,
inflammatory papules, cysts and conglobate acne. And you keep in mind that it is a recurring skin disease,so please avoid anxiety related to acne. I would like to tell you that there are many factors which can precipitate or exacerbate the acne lesions...like stress, anxiety, excessive sun exposure, oily food, seborrhoea, dandruff, drugs like steroid, oral pills, anticonvulsant, iodin in cough syp,isonex..etc
You
consult dermatologist personally and have firm treatment, still.. I would like to give few suggestions as follow..
- take antibiotics like minocycline or azithromycine in proper dose
- take
isotretinoin in low dose
- apply clindamycine or
benzoyl peroxide in low strenght on lesions only
- spots might go away without treatment
- cleanse the face with antiseptic face wash like acmed
- have good sleep
- avoid stress and anxiety
- avoid oily food in diet
- patience is must for good result
I hope this would help you in managing you acne problem.
Thanks.
