Suggest Medication For Pink Discharge And Abdominal Pain

I am 5weeks and 2days pregnant, had some pink discharge for the last five days after a 6hours journey by bus. This morning while traveling to work the vehicle i was traveling in hit a pot hole which seemed to inflict pain in my abdoman. Am now bleeding. could it be a miscarriage?
