Suggest Medication For Premature Ejaculation
I am 38 years old man and I am suffering from PE for some months now. I use to take alcohol and tobacco on a daily basis. In addition to cutting down on them drastically, should I take other measures like Ayurvedic sex power enhancing products or anything else ?

hi dear,
premature ejaculation there are two technique
1. squeezing technique in which when feel to ejaculate take out penis and squeeze glans of penis
2. start and stop technique when feel to ejaculate during sex stop and feel relaxed then start again.
stop taking alcohol and tobacco chewing gum
consult psychiatrist for detail counselling.
