Suggest Medication For Progression Of Arthralgia And Fatigue

I am a PT with progression of arthralgia (hands, R hip, R ankle-resolving, R knee, stiff shoulders), some fatigue (but able to complete ADLs and work activities, less "zip" noted) and a recently (+) ANA test (ratio 1:80, homozygous). My PCP's opinion is that the test is an abnormal normal, and if symptoms don't improve with ibuprofen, we can consider a rheumatology consult. I do have an ortho consult for my knee, as I suspect a meniscal tear/damage. I am in generally good health, but my PMH does include pure red cell aplasia as a child treated with ATG. This has never concerned me until now (recent symptoms described above and + ANA). I plan to keep my ortho consult for 1/3/11 (and report all of this), should I also consult my PCP?
