Suggest Medication For Raised Bumps In Inner Thigh

My Daughter (5 Yrs Old) started getting red raised bumps on her left inner thigh yesterday. Today they spread to her arms and a few across the rest of her body and a couple on her face. They are a couple cm in diameter, red in the middle and a pink outer ring. Thoughts...? Thank you in advance,Matt
