Suggest Medication For Rash Around The Anus

Hello my daughter is currently being treated with antibiotics (fluxicillin) for an infected facial rash, I have now found a large area of red raised rash around her anus and top of her legs. She is 9 years old but is still in nappies due to her having special needs should I contact my doctor again to get this checked out/
