Suggest Medication For Razor Burn On Chin

Hi,At the beginning of the year it looks like have/had a razor/wind burn that affected both sides of my chin with swelling. I put udderly smooth lotion on it and it went away in about 3 days. It has repeatedly come back and it looks the same. The couple of spots swell up like hives as well. I have used an antifungal creame and anti bacterial cream. Do you have any idea what this could be?
