General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi Santosh,

As your child is having cold every 20 days, then, there are few things to consider:
- your child immune system is weak: measures to take to strengthen his immune system. Diet plays a crucial role together with breathing fresh air and exposure to sunlight.
- lack in essential vitamins and minerals especially when it comes to vit.D, calcium, etc. If I was his caring doctor would advise to measure the levels of vitamins and electrolytes for further evaluations.
- anemia is commonly occurring in children of your son's age. A complete blood count will determine or rule it out.
- intestinal parasitic infections weaken body immune system, thus, making it prone to cold easily
- allergy

You can discuss with his pediatrician about my suggestions and hope you will find a solution!
God bless!
