Suggest Medication For Recurring Dry Cough And Mild Fever In A Child
Dear Sir, My son is 5.8 year old and after every 15 to 20 day he caught a cough in dry and some time mild fever also. I have visited many doctors and he prescribe medicine. after medicine he recover from cough but later 15 to 20 days suffer from same cough. Please advice best medicine to not happen this cough again and again. Thanks Santosh Mishra
As your child is having cold every 20 days, then, there are few things to consider: - your child immune system is weak: measures to take to strengthen his immune system. Diet plays a crucial role together with breathing fresh air and exposure to sunlight. - lack in essential vitamins and minerals especially when it comes to vit.D, calcium, etc. If I was his caring doctor would advise to measure the levels of vitamins and electrolytes for further evaluations. - anemia is commonly occurring in children of your son's age. A complete blood count will determine or rule it out. - intestinal parasitic infections weaken body immune system, thus, making it prone to cold easily - allergy
You can discuss with his pediatrician about my suggestions and hope you will find a solution! God bless!
