Suggest Medication For Recurring Stomach Pain

my daughter is 27 years old and she has occasionally pain in stomach. normal food taker. fully veg. just now i have a call from residence while in office that she has again pain for a while. what is the best medicine for this pain to be removed.

recurrent episodes of abdominal pain at the age of 27yrs could be due to several causes like.severe acidity, amoebiasis,urinary tract infection,menstrual irregularities, parasitic infections.

please evaluate with ultrasound abdomen , detailed history,examination with gynecologist.
