Understanding your concern. As per your query you have red spots and acne on cheeks which is because hormonal change at this particular age and this condition is recurrent. Need not to worry, this is common in this age group. I would suggest you to use a topical antibacterial clindamycin gel as a spot treatment for acne during day time and at night you may use a topical retinoid like Adapalene gel. Depiwhite cream you can use however its better to take it after proper examination and prescriptionApply benzoyl gel as well. Drink plenty of water. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit dermatologist once. Dermabrasion, Fractional CO 2 Laser, Chemical peeling, Miocroabrasion are all recent methods of skin clearing. Use sun screen cream rich in spf 30 such as TAN CARE.
