Suggest Medication For Reddish-pink Blotches On The Stomach

I’ve been using a heating pad for years on my stomach to was the pain of period cramps. Now any time my stomach gets warm from a shower/bath or the heating pad I get these reddish-pink blotches on it. Is there anything I can put on it to help them go away??

Apply ice to the rash.You can use Caladryl lotion to it for relief.
