Hello,

You are probably suffering from balanitis. However, there are a number of causes for balanitis. However, the most common cause is fungal infection. You need to apply plain clotrimazoloe cream for 15 to 20 days. This along with anti-histamine such as cetirizine will reduce itching. If you are married, treatment for your spouse is also required.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
