I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
The symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction. I see through the query that you have already taken a proper treatment. So,I suggest to continue the treatment as prescribed by your doctor. Meanwhile,I suggest to maintain a good hygiene and use an antibacterial soap to clean the face.
Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
