Suggest Medication For Regularising Body Mass Index

I was prescribed Adipex a few years ago online with a doctor;s evaluation and prescribing it then sending it in the mail. Can you do this for me here. I would like to start it again, as my body mass index is up again a lot, please let me know if I can get consulted again on line and get the medicine that helped me then, thank you.... ideally to reduce bmi I will advise nonpharmacologic treatment. go for exercise yoga meditation along with diet .if it doesn't work out then u start medicine
