Suggest Medication For Rib Pain

i have been suffering from ribs pain for the last 14 months. I feel very difficult to move. I have consulted one doctor and he told me that i am suffering from costochondritis. I took medicine for that but i not relief from the pain. I need your advice .....

Hi,
Costochondritis can cause severe long term pain. You do not mention what medicine you have already tried. I suggest you try paracetamol and ibuprofen. Apply a warm compress to the area. Take precautions to avoid movements that make the pain worse. Steroid injections would be the next step. I suggest you consult a pain specialist to discuss this.
