Pre abortion USG should be done to confirm intrauterine pregnancy and gestational age of pregnancy(medicine can be use up to week of pregnancy) . In this method, mifepristone 600 mg should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug misoprostol vaginally after 48 hour. Abortion process will start in 30-40 minutes after last pill and will complete in 4-6 days. Post abortion USG should be done after 14 days to confirm complete process of abortion. If medicine is not available then contact the assisted registered medical practitioner who have experienced in the abortion service and maternal health service for D & C surgical process that also abort the pregnancy.
