Suggest Medication For Severe Back Spasm

Hi I have a severe back spasm. I am in nj,usa.I had a similar problem when I was in india and I was cured when the doctor prescribed me spasmo proxyvon and nise mr. I want to know if it is available in usa and if yes by what name. I am currently prescribed other tablets with no effect. Pls help.
