My child who is 4 months old is having severe cough and running nose. Can we use kufrill-LS and Swich 50 as antibiotic. The symptom was diagnosed yesterday morning and we have applied vicks vapourb which did have a low effect but did not provide relief.

I can understand your concern.
Since the child is only 4 months old , giving antibiotics without proper examination is not advisable. It could be only viral infection which also manifests with similar symptoms. Get her examined by a doctor for the same.
