Suggest Medication For Severe Headache Due To Sinus

I apparently have sinus problems that have gotten so bad that I can not lay down and sleep. After less than 5 min. Lying down I have excruciating headache, face pain and Eben teeth pain that is bad. I have been taking Cylindimicin for 7 days with very little relief.I also have cervical problems that include multiple bone spurs,HNP, impingement, foraminal stenosis, and etc.

Well come to HCM
Apart from other clinical condition your main concern would be sinusitis and for that I would suggest the following treatment with advise of drinking more water and hot drinks, avoid smoking,
1) Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day
2) Tab Loratidine with pseudoephedrine three times in day
steam inhalation would be helpful, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
