Suggest Medication For Severe Migraine Headache

On eliquis; 5mg c 2 daily for a year now: have had sever migraine like headache in left temporal area for over 24 hours; Tylenol nasks for a few hours then pain intensifies pain radiates into left eye: first time I ve experienced a headache like this since I ve been on eliquis: what should I do?
