Suggest Medication For Severe Migraines

what is the bestpain medications for migraine suffers? i had been taking alot of painkiller medications due to nerve damage, and want to know the best pain medications, im on tylenol#3 since a year and half, is thereanother alternative ? imitrex doesnt work for me. thanks.

there is alternative to Tylenol available
Tab vasograin a multi ingredient product that contains ergotamine, acetaminophen, caffeine and prochlorperazine but it has got more side effects
my advise to you as follows
1. Indentify and Avoid trigger factor
2.Rest in quiet and dark room
3. Start with acetaminophen 650 mg followed by rizatriptan 5 mg that can be repeated after 2 hours if pain persist
4. For recurrent attacks you can take flunarizine prophylactically
