Suggest Medication For Severe Pain Due To Cracked Sacrum Due To A MVA

i cracked my sacrum in 2008 due to a MVA, I have been having very bad pain the last two days there with no relief. I have taken a hot bath, I have taken RX ibeprofen nothing seems to help. I have a very hard time laying down or moving aorund or walking. what can I do it for it
