Suggest Medication For Severe Pain In Groin,hip And Glute

I have severe pain in groin, hip, glute. It is very uncomfortable to sit, and upon standing and beginning to walk the pain is terrible with lots of popping from hip and knee. Pain travels from groin to hip to glute to leg and so on. I was a healthy person, but took 7-8 doses of levaquin in 2004 and then again in 2008 when I finally figured out what was going on.
