Suggest Medication For Severe Pain In Leg And Back

Good after noon sir, My sister is having severe back pain and also leg (till toe). this pain is there since from so many months. she is about 30years and having 2 children. After second baby delivery this pain is high. last 6 months she had aurvedic medicine and that time she felt relif, but after completion of that now pain again started and it is now little high. can you advise in this what shall we do as a immediate remidy.
