Neck pain for long time, but now is like severe pressure in occipital.....3 weeks ago bad sinus congestion, headaches. took clindamycin, got better. within 2 days Started with occipital pain again, now nasal congested again, sweating really bad..lethargic..

I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
It seems that you are diagnosed right as your symptoms lead to sinusitis
In my opinion you should schedule a head CT scan and after that start treatment again (combination of antibiotics and anti inflammatory pills, should take antibiotics longer -probably two-three weeks)
