Hi , I am suffering from severe sinusitis, with joint pains and i do have allergy with rashes for which I am taking lavocetzine.anf for gastric I am taking pantoperazole . which antibiatic would be more cure for me Thank u for ur advice.

You can take
*antibiotics like cap. Azithromycin 250mg twice daily for 7days or tab. Augment 375mg thrice daily
*tab. Vitamin C 500mg twice daily
* use Nasivion spray 2-3drops thrice a day
* Steam inhalation
* Analgesics
* Don't miss take tab. Pantoprazole.
* Also to have a consultation with an ENT specialist for further evaluation.
