Suggest Medication For Severe Strain,stress And Soreness

I got injured at work over a month ago. The company dr said I was fine but the physical therapist says I have a intense strain and they told me this 2 days apart what should I do.i want a second opinion because I am still tender to the touch, very tense and sore?
