Suggest Medication For Severe Toothache

Dear Sir I have been experiencing severe toothache for the last three days. On consulting a dentist, I was informed that there is an infection on the tooth and root canal is required. For the time being, I was prescribed Azimax 500 mg(once a day) and Ibugesic plus(twice a day). In spite of taking this medicine for two days, I still experience unbearable pain. Now my dentist has advised keterol dt twice a day. Pse advise
