Hi, for the last year I have been drinking beer regulary around 3 to 4 beers per night and on weekend 8 beers. During the December holidays I drank for 10 days straight to the point of total drunkness. After that period I noticed that my hands used to shake until I take another drink to stop it. It has been 3 months now after that period I have limited my intake of alochol of 2 beers per day this has been for the last 2 weeks. The problems that I am experiencing now are shakiness of the hands, my heart feels like it beating out of my chest, unable to fall asleep or maintain proper sleep. My legs feel weak and is shaking slighly and very sweaty.
