Suggest Medication For Sharp Knee Pain Due To An Injury

Hi, I wrestle and in practice my partner went for a double leg and when I fell, I fell kinda awkward on the right side of my right knee. It kinda felt like my knee cap moved a little (didn't hear any popping), but when I got up nothing seemed to be outta place. It's been about 2 months since it happened and it still hurts. Whenever I'm on my knees I feel a sharp pain directly on top of the knee and whenever class is over its always swollen and the right side hurts to the touch. Also when I bend it , it feels like the knee is crunching or rubbing up against something. Could this be serious or am I not just giving it time to heal?
