Suggest Medication For Sharp Pain In Chest,stomach And Around Ribs

For the past few days I have been experiencing a sharp pain in my chest. When this pain comes, I also get pain in my stomach around the bottom of my ribs, my back around the center, and my sides near my ribs. It comes on and off and sometimes wakes me up.

Hi thanks for asking question.

Mostly you have chest pain reffered to as from gastric problem.You can have small ulcer or gastritis like feature that can lead to reffered chest pain.Treat it with omeprazole like drug.Add antibiotic if needed.

If you have anorexia, yellow discolouration and abdmn pain to right side also do serum liver profile study to rule out liver problem.If you are drinking alcohol then rule out this problem first.

If cough , heafche , cold like symptoms present then respiratory infection ruled out.If necessary chest x ray done.

Sometimes muscular strain by unusual activity can lead musculoskeletal pain.
Simple analgesic and hot compress could be helpful.
