Suggest Medication For Sharp Pain In Right Side Of Chest While Bending

when ever I bend over I get a very bad sharp pain in the right side of my chest. sometimes it goes up into my right arm....i have to catch my breath and sometimes i dont even want to breath because it hurts. then after i stand up the pain is still there but not as painful. I dont know what to do..I cant go to the doctor because I have no insurance

- Local application of analgesic spray or ointment .
- Heating pad application 5 minutes each 3 times a day .

antacids .

* Consult doctor only if there is pain later on .
