Suggest Medication For Shoulder And Back Pain With Swelling In Legs

abdishakur ahmed, hi doctors, i am 42 and i have shoulders and back pain for last 16 yrs, now the pain has increased to legs, chest and sometimes all body. my legs become hard and swallowed and painfull when u press. my height is 183cm, my weight is 91kg. some doctors say nuerobion is good for me, but i use pian killers only. pls help me. thanks
