Suggest Medication For Skin Rash Around The Left Eye

Hi, my baby has a rash around her left eye, it s not going away and I have no idea what it might be. doctor said she didn t know what it was either and gave us diprobase cream. but that does nothing. What would you recommend? thank you very much.
