Suggest Medication For Sleeplessness

Hi my name is Lagan I was abusing zolfresh for which I went to a rehab the doc there put me on tegrital 200 mg in the morning and tegrital400 mg at night with xet cr 15 . I am still unable to sleep at night and don't understand what these medicines are for could u pls help me understand what s going on

Zolpresh are only sleep medication and tagrital and zet cr are not releted for slee and u have to consult psychiatrist for advising drug like clonazepam which are useful for sleep disturbance and if any comorbid condition along with sleep prb that shoul be treated
