Suggest Medication For Small Bumps Appearing On The Labia Majora

I am 19 years old and have very recently noticed small bumps on my labia majora. There are two on either side of my vaginal opening but are very far out on the lips (they are exposed when my legs are closed), 1 near the top of my vagina and another where the hair grows at the top of my vagina. They are not like pimples in the sense that the white head is in level with the bump and cannot be popped. They are painful to touch and it is difficult for me to walk for the two near the opening rub against my underwear. There is a constant discharge which makes it very difficult to keep the area dry so it can heal. What do you think it is and what can I do to make it heal quickly? Thank you.
