Suggest Medication For Sore And Blood Filled Bump On The Buttocks

I have been layed up in bed because of my legs, I been falling alot body been spasms.i got a thought was sweat pimple in between my bottom almost lil bit down on right cheek almost all on crack middle it broke open and now it s red it bled lil on parties I had just gone to pee and I looked in mirror and it s all hard and raw... what can I put on it or do to make it more comfortable Cuz I have to b leaning up all time. I been putting tripple 3 antibiotic stuff on... Is there anything else to make it go away.... please help...:(

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of sore and blood filled bump on the buttocks which could be due to fungal infection of thighs mainly Tinea, as it localizes on body folds and thigh area. It could be due to bacterial infection, folliculitis, allergic reaction or nodular scabies.

Need not to worry. I would suggest to take oral tablets of Terbinafine for 1 week. Apply moderately potent topical steroid of tiamcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream twice daily at affected sites. Avoid itching or pricking rashes. You should visit dermatologist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription. Take tablet of cetirizine 10 mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
