Suggest Medication For Sore And Red Bumps Around The Anus

Hi, i have a large hard lump on the top of mh bum crack, and a smaller one on the other side also. It s red and very sore, its agony when I sit or lie down. Im very embarrassed and in another country so I cannot speak the same language as the doctor to ask for help. I am in Italy. Is there anything i can do or take ( buy at the pharmacy)??

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
Based on the description, it appears that you could be having infection of the skin around the anus.
Kindly do the following to overcome the symptoms.
1. Wash the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon thrice daily.
2. After drying, apply Neomycin cream over the lesions.
3. Take Tablet.Levocetrizine once a day to control itching.
4. Wear loose fitting undergarments to provide proper ventilation and avoid friction in the affected area.
Maintain clean and good personal hygiene.
Gradually, your symptoms should subside and you should feel better.
