Suggest Medication For Sore Throat

I have a very sore throat. Want to take Option+ Hot Lemon Relief. I am on Coversyl 4 mg. Is it ok to use this lemon drink which contains acetaminophen 650 mg, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 60 mg, dextromethorphan hydrobromide 20 mg & chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg

Hello,

Take warm fluids and water. Do hot saline gargles. Take antihistamines like Levocetrizine 5 mg at night time. Have cough lozenges. You may need antibiotics like Amoxicillin 500 mg thrice a day.
