Suggest Medication For Soreness And Swelling Of Labia Minora

Hi Doctor, I am a 54 year female. I m not sure if this is related to menopause or something else. My labia minora toward my anus feels sore and swollen. It feels like there is a razor burn. There are a couple of bumps and there is a little preassure when I urniate on the inside of my vagina. Please help. I started to put a topical over the counter antibiotic and is does relieve it a little but not for long. Can you help or give me something else to put on it.
