Suggest Medication For Sprain In Foot

dear doctor, my daughter had been dancing 3 days ago at a competition. she had slipped and landed on the left side of her left foot. (right in between the 4th and pinky toe. she is still dancing and has a competition this weekend. We have been icing the foot. Any diagnosis? thanks for your help
