Suggest Medication For Swelling And Bruise On Wrist Due To An Injury

I dropped a dresser on my hand early saturday morning, I had xrays and nothing appeared to be fractured. I am unable to move my wrist, my hand is still really swollen, bruised and sore, the pain radiates all the way up my arm and I have no feeling in the palm of my hand. Is this normal?
