Suggest Medication For Swelling In Knee After Anthroscopic Surgery

Nine months after anthroscopic surgery for a torn cruciate ligament, my knee has swollen up again after a long walk. No real pain while sitting etc but it feels as if I have a weight tied around the middle of my leg while I walk and I can't bend it more than 90 degree. Had no real problems before. Have spent last two weeks with RICE but still swelling visible.
