Suggest Medication For Swelling In The Buttocks & Legs

Hello,My name is John.I`m making this findings because of my mom.She has been having these problem for many years...Her buttocks is very swollen and also her legs giving her intense pain.I don`t think this is abscess because there is no sore whatsoever or pores to show that.we have tried applying both ice and sometimes hot balm but it is not getting any better.
