Suggest Medication For Swelling In The Legs And Ankles Which Is Causing Immobility

My husband s legs and ankles have been swelling, and warm to the touch, with a red bumpy rash at times. He can barely walk. He had blood work done at ER this past week, and everything seemed ok. He also had a sonogram for blot clots, and it was negative as well. He has a doctor s appt in the morning.
