Suggest Medication For Swelling Of Foot Noticed After A Surgery

i just got sugery on my foot about 4 weeks ago for hardware removal and to straighten my toe, but now one of my toes are swollen and im not sure what to do. When i get home i keep my foot elavated with an ice pack, but it dosent seem to bring to swelling down. What should i do?
